Record Year At YQQ

/ 97.3 The Eagle

A record number of passengers made their way through the Comox Valley Airport in 2016. C-E-O Fred Bigelow says close to 369-thousand passengers travelled through the terminal last year — a 5.1 per cent increase over the previous year and 19 per cent over the past five years. Bigelow says increased seat capacity and competitive pricing from the airlines have made travel through Y-Q-Q more attractive.
