             Christy Clark campaigned in the N-D-P stronghold of Vancouver Island on Mondfay, saying her Liberal government is helping businesses by phasing out the provincial sales tax on electricity. Clark says the move would help businesses save 160 million dollars a year — including pulp and paper companies on the North Island. She says her government has supported the private sector by creating thousands of jobs, adding that people all over the island want that prosperity to continue.
