             The Trump administration has announced its plans to renegotiate NAFTA, setting the stage for negotiations with Canada and Mexico later this summer. A letter from U-S Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer to congressional leaders on Thursday begins a 90-day consultation period with lawmakers. The two-page document offers few details about what changes the administration would like to see. Foreign Affairs Minister Chrystia Freeland says the government is ready to — quote — “roll up our sleeves,” with the goal of securing a “good deal” for Canada.
