The president of Kinder Morgan Canada says the company is on track to start construction of the Trans Mountain expansion project in September. Ian Anderson says in a news release that he looks forward to continuing to work with the B-C government. The N-D-P has vowed to use all tools available to stop the project, which would nearly triple the capacity of the line running from Edmonton to Burnaby. The expansion project has all of its major regulatory permits in place, but analysts say the provincial government could disrupt it by delaying minor permits such as highway access
