Environmental groups are calling on Nebraska to reject the Keystone X-L pipeline, after the original Keystone line sprung a leak in South Dakota. TransCanada says nearly 800-thousand litres of oil has been released in Marshall County, near the border with North Dakota. The leak comes as the Nebraska Public Service Commission prepares to vote on Keystone X-L next Monday. Greenpeace and the Sierra Club are among those urging the commission to reject the eight-billion-dollar project, which is facing its final regulatory hurdle.
