A search is set to resume this morning for a small plane and two occupants who went missing during a flight from Penticton to Edmonton. Katelyn Moores with the Victoria Joint Rescue Co-Ordination Centre says two people were on board the single-engine aircraft when it left Penticton Saturday afternoon. The plane was reported missing late Saturday night by a friend of someone on board. Moores says three helicopters searched around Revelestoke yesterday after the pilot’s cellphone pinged in the area, but low clouds kept four other aircraft from joining the search efforts.
