Premier John Horgan says he did not expect the overwhelming response to a provincial survey about keeping — or dumping — daylight saving time. More than 223-thousand people took part in the four-week-long, online survey about the issue. Horgan says once the responses have been tabulated, the results will be released to the public. He also says the outcome will inform B-C’s decision as it discusses the time-change question with other jurisdictions in the Pacific time zone, including the states of Washington, Oregon and California.
