Ottawa is shifting the focus of its COVID-19 aid toward Canada’s most vulnerable. The federal government is adding a 7.5 million-dollar contribution to Kids Help Phone and another nine-million to United Way Canada to deliver services to seniors. That includes practical help with such everyday chores as grocery shopping, filling prescriptions or getting meals delivered. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says additional help for charities is coming.
