R-C-M-P say they now suspect foul play in the disappearance of a man in Courtenay nearly two years ago when he was 45-years-old. The Mounties say they have been following up on tips, interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence since John Wesley Edwards was reported missing. Edwards was last seen on March 20th, 2020, and police say new information recently surfaced that he may have died as the result of foul play. They say the investigation into his disappearance remains a priority and they are asking anyone with information to contact them.
