Air Canada is urging customers to check their flight status on their local airport websites, following Tuesday night’s technical glitch that affected flights throughout the country. The airline reported just before 1 a-m Eastern Time today that airport systems, check-in and call centres were beginning to come back online after some sort of outage. Spokesman Peter Fitzpatrick says the airline still expects flight delays and cancellations on Wednesday, but it is trying to accommodate as many customers as possible.
