Education Minister Rob Fleming says B-C is considering a number of scenarios to get more students back in the classroom but no timelines have been set. He says staff in his ministry are looking at other jurisdictions to understand their protocols for a controlled return to in-class instruction. Fleming says that includes New Zealand, where kids head back to the classroom. He says several thousand children of essential service workers are attending schools in B-C and there are plans to accommodate more of them.
