British Columbia is making it mandatory to wear masks in public spaces. In addition, social interactions will be under new restrictions until December 7th because of a surge in COVID-19 cases. The province’s leading physician says the health-care system is under strain. Doctor Bonnie Henry says all worship services, community and social events will be suspended, along with high-intensity group fitness activities. There are exceptions for baptisms, weddings and funerals, but they’re limited to 10 people. B-C is reporting 538 new cases of COVID-19, pushing the number of active infections to 69-hundred-29.
