A historic deal is expected to be signed in Victoria on Tuesday, following an announcement on Monday that the Greens and New Democrats have reached an agreement for a minority government. N-D-P Leader John Horgan says his caucus will review the deal this morning and he believes they will support it unanimously. Green Leader Andrew Weaver says his three-person team has already signed on. Details of the deal have not yet been released, but both leaders say it will see the Greens support the N-D-P on supply and confidence motions over a four-year term.
