Elections B-C has updated its estimate for voter turnout in the provincial election to 61.5 per cent. Voter turnout had been previously estimated at about 60 per cent. The previous election in 2013 had a voter turnout of 57.1 per cent of registered voters. The final voter turnout figures for last month’s election are expected to be available after the numbers are confirmed, likely in late August.
