Health officials are advising people — especially seniors — to be cautious if you’re planning to venture outside in this cold weather. Medical Health Officer Dr. Paul Hasselback says if you have to head outside, make sure you have footwear with good traction. He says it’s best to move slowly to avoid slipping or falling, which result in broken bones.
