Old Man Winter is about to flex his muscle in B-C’s South Coast. Environment Canada is out with a special weather statement for Metro Vancouver, the North Shore up to Squamish, and eastern Vancouver Island. Forecasters say Arctic Air settling over B-C and a storm system coming in from the Pacific Tuesday afternoon will bring up to 15-centimetres of snow by Wednesday morning. A 20-centimetre snowfall is forecast for Interior mountains near the Alberta border.
